What’s the quality of the uniforms?
Two Five Apparel creates all uniforms from scratch. Everything is hand stitched, tackle twill to provide the highest quality.

What materials do you use?
Two Five Apparel uses the highest quality materials that provide durability and a high quality look. Please see our material guide for specifics.

If we need to order supplementals to our original order, are you able to produce them again?
Yes, that is one of the advantages to using a custom manufacturer like Two Five Apparel. There are a couple items to note, however. First, scientifically, it is not possible to achieve a perfect color match from one dye lot to another. Therefore we cannot guarantee a perfect match from one order to another or from one fabric to another. However, our buyers are careful to match orders and materials as closely as possible to ensure a seamless look. Second, effective in 2013, Two Five Apparel will charge between 5-10% surcharge to any supplemental order that is less than a minimum of five (5) pieces. Finally, supplementals typically take 4-5 weeks to produce.

How should we size/measure our players?
Two Five Apparel uses industry standard sizing. Please see our sizing charts to view exact measurements. Your sales rep will be happy to help you with sizing. Because everything is custom made, there are no returns.

Do you offer free designs?
Yes, Two Five Apparel will work closely with you to custom design the uniform you need. Please request a quote for more information.

Do the designs meet league/federation requirements?
As there are numerous leagues and federations across the country, Two Five Apparel is not responsible for ensuring all regulations are met according to your specific league/federation requirements. However, if you have questions, our representatives will be happy to assist and advise in meeting those requirements during the design process.

What is your deliver (turnaround) time?
Because all our apparel is custom/made from scratch, the typical delivery time at peak season is 4-5 weeks from the time the order is placed. Any order placed after 3PM EST will be processed the following business day.

What are your business hours?
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. We do our best to promptly respond to emails and voicemails.
